How do I know my purchase is protected?
We ensure your payment is secured with our selected 5 transaction methods, our stable IT systems and our 24/7 customer service. Before Payment: To optimize your purchase security, your payment method is set by default according to your order volume. No matter your payment is online (PayPal or credit) or offline (L/C, D/P, T/T), your order details will be securely recorded at our system, which guarantees your purchase is traceable until delivery. If the products you received are damaged, defective or not as described, you are entitled to ask for return and refund in 7 days of receipt.

What is the sourcing procedure?
Our sourcing procedure follow below sequence:

What is the Payment method?
We offer five types of payment methods to suit different order amounts. Our system will automatically lead you to the preferred payment methods based on your order amount.
More detailed rules is following below chart: payment methods and conditions are banded into the following order amounts.
CREDIT CARD
We accept Visa and MasterCard for fast credit card check-out. Once you submit your order, your credit card will be temporarily held for pre-authorization for up to 3-5 working days. Your funds will be deducted after have we confirmed your order (typically within 24hrs.)
PAYPAL
You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and confirm the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is completed successfully, you will then return to SH Labs domain with a “Payment Successful” notification.
WIRE TRANSFER
By Wire Transfer, you need to pay 30% of your order amount by credit card or PayPal. When your order status changed to “ACCEPTED”, you will receive a PI (Performa Invoice) from SH Labs and then you need to pay the 70% of the remaining amount by wire transfer and send us a copy of remittance. After we received your payment, your order will be shipped from port-of-loading.
DOCUMENTS AGAINST PAYMENTS
If your order amount reaches USD 5,000.00, you can choose to pay with Documents against Payment. Meanwhile, you need to pay with a credit card or by PayPal for the 30% down payment of your full order amount firstly. Whilst we are confirming your order, we will meanwhile confirm your bank’s capability of D/P.
* Reminder for D/P payer
If you have any special request that requires any additional documentation, please send an email to bd@sulemanhameed.com with your order number and specific details of the request.
Some clearing banks may not be accepted for D/P. To check if your bank is accepted, please send the details of your clearing bank (bank name & swift code) to bd@sulemanhameed.com
Only FOB and CIF incoterms may be used with the D/P payment methods.
LETTER OR CREDIT
If your order amount reaches USD 10,000.00, you are able to choose L/C payment. To start with, you should pay 30% of your total order amount with credit card or PayPal, and then send us your draft of L/C application form.
Please read the L/C instructions carefully before filling in the draft.

* Reminder for L/C payer
Buyer should send a copy of L/C to bd@sulemanhameed.com before it is issued so that SH Labs can accelerate the order process.
Some issuing banks may not be accepted for L/C. To check if your bank is accepted, please send the details of your issuing bank (bank name & wift code) to bd@sulemanhameed.com
What is security of my payment?
All online transactions on bd@sulemanhameed.com are processed using CyberSource, the top notch online payment gateway for online business that encrypts your payment details in a secure host environment no matter it is mobile or PC.
CyberSource uses tokenization system to avoid storage payment data in your system, reduce friction with instant checkout, and ensures that your information is kept private while in your transit.

How do I know if my payment is successful?
After you made each transit online, you will be lead to the order successful page, where you will be able to check your order info and your shipping address by clicking “Track My Order” and you will receive an order confirmation email frombd@sulemanhameed.com. If your payment fails, you will be lead to the “Payment Unsuccessful” page, where you can also go back to “Track My Order” and re-submit your payment.
What should I do after I paid my payment by credit card or PayPal successfully?
If you have successfully made your payment, you will be led to the “Track My Order” page, where you will be able to check your order and billing info. We will send you an order confirmation email within 24 hrs, then your order will be processed.
How do I know if my payment is secured?
Your payment is 100% secured with us.
In terms of online payment, your order amount will be hold for pre-authorization until your order is confirmed, your fund will be deducted from your credit card. Moreover, each online transit will go through the CyberSource™ platform, the worldwide prevailing escrow payment gateway, which ensures your personal data and payment info will not be stored or leaked to any third party. It is also protected by Entrust™, an international digital security solution provider.
For the offline payment, your payment will be handled by banks from both sides, so that you do not need to worry about the security of the fund.
What should I do if I wanted to add more products after making the payment?
If your additional products are expected to ship with the same incoterm, destination, and delivery type (post, express, air freight, ocean freight, rail and truck), your orders could be combined for shipping. You need to submit and pay for your new order, then contact bd@sulemanhameed.com to inform us of your request for shipping consolidation.
If your additional products are expected to ship with a different incoterm, destination or delivery type, your order cannot be combined.

Our logistic team provides all types of shipping methods including post, express, air freight, ocean freight, rail and truck to global customers spreading 6 continents, over 200 countries.
We arrange full-range logistic solutions including packing, fumigation, loading/unloading, customs clearance, inspection, and optional insurance to help you making a faster decision on that all important mass-production order.
You can choose air, sea and express depending on the required speed of delivery and if you need more time or flexibility our storage and warehousing is on hand to take on the extra work.

INSTANT AND FAIR LOGISTIC QUOTATIONS
We provide instant online quotations for specific types of shipping. For certain factors (such as destination, products and shipping type) the quotation cannot be provided immediately, but you can click to get a basic quote. We will then send your detailed logistic quotation within 24-48hrs from bd@sulemanhameed.com
We cannot guarantee the lowest logistic price on the market, but we do endeavor to give you an ever smooth service with a fair price.
